Welcome to Eventura! By accessing or using our software and services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by SoftMaji InfoTech, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Eventura provides a studio management platform for creative professionals to manage clients, bookings, invoices, payments, and other related administrative tasks. We offer both a free of charge plan with limited features and several paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information up to date.

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all data, information, and content you enter into the Service. You agree that you will not use the Service to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Google Drive Integration

Our Photo Selection feature integrates with your Google Drive account. By connecting your Google Drive, you grant Eventura permission to perform actions on your behalf to manage photos for your clients. These actions may include the ability to Create, Add, Edit, and Delete files and folders within your connected Google Drive.

Eventura acts only as a technical conduit. We do not interfere with, review, or claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the photos and content you manage through this feature and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use and share them. The use of this feature is at your own risk, and we are not liable for any accidental deletion or loss of data.

6. Fees and Payment

For paid subscription plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your subscription. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, and we will provide you with advance notice of any price changes.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You can terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eventura or SoftMaji InfoTech be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
