Welcome to Eventura! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are the rules for using our website and software (our "Service"), operated by SoftMaji InfoTech. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you promise that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and must notify us immediately of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Our Service is available under different subscription plans. For paid plans, you will be billed in advance on an annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew each year unless you cancel it.

• Payment: A valid payment method is required. We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your full payment details.
• Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any such changes.
• Refunds: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for more details.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to manage information related to your studio and clients ("Content"). You own your Content. We do not claim any ownership rights. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all Content you enter into Eventura.

4. Google Drive Integration

Our Photo Selection feature integrates with your Google Drive. By connecting your drive, you grant Eventura permission to perform actions on your behalf, which may include the ability to Create, Add, Edit, and Delete files.

Eventura acts only as a technical tool. You are solely responsible for the content you manage and for ensuring you have the necessary rights. Use of this feature is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SoftMaji InfoTech.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SoftMaji InfoTech be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to the new terms.
