Our "No Refund" Policy

Thank you for choosing Eventura. Due to the nature of our digital services and the availability of a comprehensive free plan for evaluation, we maintain a strict no-refund policy for all our paid subscription plans. All sales are final.


Why We Don't Offer Refunds

We believe in full transparency and want you to be confident in your purchase. Here’s why our policy is in place:

  • Generous Free Plan for Evaluation: We offer a comprehensive Free Lifetime "Pixy" Plan. This is not a limited-time trial. It allows you to use our core features with your own data to ensure Eventura is the perfect fit for your studio before you commit to a paid plan. We consider this your evaluation period.
  • Immediate Access to Features: When you subscribe to a paid plan, you get immediate and irrevocable access to all its features. Since our product is a digital service, this value is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."
  • Upfront Operational Costs: For every paid user, we incur non-recoverable costs, including payment processing fees and server resource allocation.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be considered in the case of a verifiable billing error caused by our system. Accidental purchases, forgetting to cancel a subscription, or a change of mind do not qualify for a refund.
